SALON POLICIES
CONVENIENT LOCATION
The salon is located right in Ball Square at 106 Bristol Rd, Somerville, MA 02144. We are conveniently located just a 2 minute walk from the Ball Square station on the MBTA Green Line (Medford branch).
Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. If you know that you are going to be late, we kindly ask that you call ahead so that we can better assess the situation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we can still see you and may have to ask you to reschedule.
Parking
Download ParkMobile (Somerville’s parking app) where you can add up to three hours of time. No more quarters needed! There is also free 2 hour parking on Broadway just before Powder House Rotary as well as on the Ball Square bridge. There is also metered parking on Broadway and Bristol Road in front of the salon.
Booking + Cancellations
Less than 48 hrs will result in a 50 service charge, and less than 24 hours notice or same-day cancellations, will result in a 100 service charge for all services scheduled. No-show appointments may require prepayment for future appointments. We appreciate you understanding.
Another appointment will not be scheduled until the fee is paid.
Appointments can be cancelled / changed by phone, email, or online.

BOOKING ONLINE
We offer online booking through Vagaro. Please note that all haircuts include a blow dry. When booking multiple services, color should always be booked first.
Payment for Services + Products
Visa, mastercard, and cash are accepted. We do not accept checks. Please note that tips cannot be added to cards. Gratuity is accepted in the form of cash or Venmo.
Refunds + Adjustments
Lindsay Griffin + Co does not extend refunds on services rendered. Products may be exchanged with a receipt. If you are dissatisfied with any of your services, you have up to 10 days to receive complimentary adjustments.
Cell Phone Usage
The studio is a relaxing environment. Please respect other salon clients by silencing your cell phone.
